March 18-21, 2016 Day 1 The drive from NOLA to SATX was supposed to be around 8 hours, our shortest leg of the entire road trip. We were pretty psyched that it was only 8. At this point, that’s nothing. The plan was to leave NOLA by 8, get there around 4 or 5pm and then explore the Riverwalk for some dinner. Once again, things didn’t go as planned.
